15-Day Return Policy

Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return. Opals must be returned in the same condition as received. Stones that have been cut, ground, polished, drilled, treated, stabilized or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

A Note About Rough Opal

Cutting rough opal involves risk. We photograph and describe each stone as accurately as possible, but rough opal may contain hidden cracks, inclusions or other natural flaws that are not visible before cutting. We cannot guarantee its finished size, color or that it will produce a gem-quality stone. Please consider this uncertainty before purchasing.
