Shipping Policy

Orders ship the next business day after payment is received. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day. Contact us before paying if you need a different shipping service.

Tracking & Signature Confirmation

Tracking information is available in My Account → Orders once your order is marked shipped. Orders totaling more than $600 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

Combined Shipping

Items paid for together in one cart receive combined shipping. You’re charged the highest applicable shipping price once, rather than a separate charge for each item.

If you’re still bidding and want your wins shipped together, wait until you’re finished and pay for everything in one checkout. Auction wins must be paid within 7 days.

International Shipping & Bidding

Customers outside the United States must contact Global Prospecting and receive approval before bidding. Include your destination country and postal code so we can confirm shipping availability and costs. International shipping must be arranged before payment.

Buyers are responsible for customs duties, tariffs, import taxes and carrier clearance fees. These charges are not included in item prices or shipping costs unless explicitly stated. Delivery times vary, and customs processing may cause delays.

We accurately declare package contents and purchase values. We cannot mark purchases as gifts or lower their declared value.
